• Chemistry Platform Migration project: Helped define the next generation cheminformatics platform for a top-10 pharma company:
Analyzed business needs, workflows and use cases, contributed to RFI/RFP and vendor selection. Evaluated solutions.
Key interactor with user representatives.
• Provided major contributions to the implementation of a large reaction knowledge system,
combining internal current and legacy ELN data with external synthesis knowledge. Defined requirements and data standardization.
Evaluated and tested application, QA'ed data migration. Managed user group.
• Helped a major company design and build a material selection solution. Contributing expertise in cheminformatics, chemical data management, chemistry data integration,
chemical representation. Chemical data quality assurance.
• Performed study for replacing a legacy in-house chemical registration system with a commercial solution: As-Is and To-Be analysis, user requirements specification.
• Implemented the chemical inventory management system for the four European research sites of a top-10 global pharmaceutical corporation.
• Managed the implementation of the biological data management system for a mid-sized biotech company and migrated legacy data.
• Implemented a comprehensive software solution for combinatorial chemistry, library design, and synthesis robotics interfacing at a large pharmaceutical company.

Training
• Developed online self-training material for a custom drug design and idea generation software suite for medicinal chemists for a top-10 pharma company.
• Provided tailored application training for a chemical reference database to seven of the top-10 global pharmaceutical companies,
six of the major European chemical and fine chemicals companies, and to numerous smaller organizations.
• Trained end users and system administrators on MDL ISIS and on a range of other chemical and scientific applications.
